Reminder: Warehouse Transition and How It Affects You

0821_01

We’re in the midst of moving our warehouse to Farmington, Arkansas and want to keep you updated on important information and let you know how the transition will affect you.

Shipping
Because we’re physically moving the warehouse, we will not be shipping orders starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 17th and running through Monday, August 27th. During this time, you are welcome to call us to place an order. Your order will then ship out of our new warehouse in Arkansas the last week of August.

Shopping Online
Our e-store will close down at noon on Friday, August 17th, and will remain down until the week of August 27th. We do not have an exact date of when the e-store will be back up and running, but when it is, we have a big surprise. We’ll be unveiling a brand-new e-store website that will make shopping easier than ever before and allow our international customers to place orders online!

Office Closed
Because our entire team will be busy helping with the transition from Texas to Arkansas, our office will be closed on Monday, August 27th and Friday, August 31st. While we will not be able to take phone calls or answer emails on those days, we will respond to all messages as soon as we are able to.

We believe that this move will improve your experience with us and are excited about the transition. We appreciate your patience as we get everything in set in place and up and running.
