Clinton and Crew Headed to Northwest Ohio This Weekend

If you’re in the Ohio area and have ever been frustrated with the progress you’re making with your horse, this weekend’s clinic in Swanton, Ohio at the WB Ranch Arena is a can’t-miss event. Swanton is located near Toledo, and is a 35-minute drive from Detroit, Michigan, a 3.5-hour drive from Indianapolis, Indiana, a 4-hour drive from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a 5-hour drive from Lexington, Kentucky.

While he works with a group of horsemen and their horses, Clinton explains how to build the foundation of a successful partnership. That foundation begins on the ground by earning a horse’s respect and trust. Clinton will step the horsemen through a variety of exercises that not only gain the horse’s respect and trust, but teach the horsemen how to be leaders for their horses. The confidence and skills the horsemen learn and perfect on the ground carry over to working with their horses in the saddle. The transformation that each of the humans and horses in Clinton’s clinics undergo is impressive and inspiring. People have come to clinics scared to canter their horses and have left confidently cantering their horses on a loose rein in a group. Others have brought their horses to clinics with behavioral problems, such as biting or kicking, and have left with a horse that no longer acts out.

The clinic is open to spectators. Doors to the facility will open at 8 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the clinic beginning at 9 a.m. each day. The clinic will go until 5 p.m. daily and include an hour lunch break. A small retail area will be set up, featuring Clinton’s bestselling training tools, equipment and kits.

Spectator tickets can be purchased at the clinic. Prices are:

One-Day Ticket – Members: $50/ Non-members: $75
Two-Day Ticket – Members: $100/ Non-members: $125
Three-Day Ticket – Members: $100/ Non-members: $175
