They bay filly is by up-and-coming sire Cromed Out Mercedes, who is a son of Hall of Fame broodmare Princess In Diamonds, and winner of the 2009 NRBC Open Derby. Her dam, Nic N Smart, is by Reminic, a stallion who won over $90,000 in NCHA competitions and was a Million Dollar Sire in reined cow horse, reining and cutting.
